WHERE TO USE

• Waterproofing corners between adjacent walls and between walls and floors to be treated with Mapegum WPS.
• Sealing pipe-work and drains in bathrooms, showers and kitchens with special Mapeband PE 120 seals.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Mapeband PE 120 is made from polyester mesh and PVC fabric which is impermeable to water and vapour. Mapeband PE 120 is elastic and deformable. Mapeband PE 120 is also supplied in special shapes for use on internal and external of corners, and as seals for pipe-work in bathrooms, kitchens, showers etc. and drains

RECOMMENDATIONS

• To get a perfect seal in corners, use the special pre-shaped Mapeband PE 120 pieces.
• To get a perfect seal around pipe-work, use the special Mapeband PE 120 seals.

PACKAGING

• 10 m and 5 m rolls, 120 mm wide.
• 90 Degree and 270 Degree angle pieces (boxes of 25)
• Seals for 120x120 mm through holes (boxes of 25)
• 425 x 425 mm through holes (boxes of 10).

STORAGE

We recommend keeping Mapeband PE 120 in its original packaging when storing on site.

Tiles will be shrink-wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground-level edge of your property (curbside). Due to insurance purposes, the driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property. Orders under 20kg will be delivered by parcel courier.

When ordering Tile Samples, you will receive a small cut sample, either 10cm x 10cm or 15cm x 15cm.

We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from Al-Murad Tiles. If you wish to return any goods to us, they must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in their full original carton/box, and the range is still for sale via our website.

There will be a restocking charge of 33%  of the goods returned. If you require Al-Murad Tiles to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Al-Murad Tiles reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery and the return costs.

FREE DELIVERY - orders over £699 will take up to 2-3 working days (excluding Scottish Highlands and Lowlands).

STANDARD DELIVERY - From £60.00 for orders under £699, will take up to 2-3 working days (excluding Scottish Highlands and Lowlands).

The best way to determine if a lorry can access your home/business address is whether you have a bin vehicle collecting from outside your premises.

Wide enough access to accept large delivery lorries (minimum 2.8m)

No obstacles - free of obstacles that could obstruct delivery (e.g. low low-hanging tree branches)

No Inclines - the delivery area should be flat, rather than a steep slope

Hard & level surface - hand pallet trucks only operate on hard, flat surfaces, not loose ground such as grass or gravel

Turning space - ample room to manoeuvre and position the lorry

You MUST advise if there are any parking or time restrictions at the delivery point.

General Delivery Information

From our carrier, you will receive a text message on the day of the delivery with a 2-hour delivery window. If there are any changes or delays, you will receive an update via text.

If you have any doubts regarding the condition of the delivery, please ensure to sign for the goods “UNCHECKED”.

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested; failure to do so will result in paying for a redelivery charge, or alternatively, you can collect from our carrier's depot.
