Rubi DCX-250 Xpert 1250 Tile Cutter (110v)

RUBI's range of professional DCX-250 Xpert cutters are designed for intensive cutting of porcelain stoneware tiles, and any other type of ceramic tile, while allowing an occasional cutting of natural stone pieces.

The moving head of the DCX-250 Xpert moves along a reinforced guide, also made of aluminium, for a better and more precise finish when cutting. This system also incorporates a high-performance chopping effect, allowing the cutting height to be adjusted to the user's needs.

The cooling system of the DCX-250 By using an external tank, handling it during cleaning and refilling operations is easier and faster.

The DCX-250 Xpert range models incorporate reinforced handles and wheels (off-road type), which provide a better experience in transporting and handling the mowers. Its folding and reinforced legs include a quick locking system and a safety device that prevents involuntary folding during work and possible movements that we may make in the same workplace. In addition, the DCX include a regulator that ensures correct levelling of the cutting table.

Always thinking about the safety of the professional, RUBI equips the DCX-250 Xpert models with its zero dust system, patented and certified by the TNO*, which allows, thanks to the reduction of respirable dust particles generated during cutting, safe exposure to % silica from ceramic materials and natural stones.

It offers “safe exposure” values to respirable quartz dust particles within the “user inhalation zone”, which allows RUBI electric cutters to work up to 3 hours daily and consecutively cutting ceramic tiles and 1 hour in cutting natural stone in a closed and unventilated space of 15m³.

Tiles will be shrink-wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground-level edge of your property (curbside). Due to insurance purposes, the driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property. Orders under 20kg will be delivered by parcel courier.

When ordering Tile Samples, you will receive a small cut sample, either 10cm x 10cm or 15cm x 15cm.

We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from Al-Murad Tiles. If you wish to return any goods to us, they must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in their full original carton/box, and the range is still for sale via our website.

There will be a restocking charge of 33%  of the goods returned. If you require Al-Murad Tiles to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Al-Murad Tiles reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery and the return costs.

STANDARD DELIVERY - From £60.00 for orders under £699, will take up to 2-3 working days (excluding Scottish Highlands and Lowlands).

The best way to determine if a lorry can access your home/business address is whether you have a bin vehicle collecting from outside your premises.

Wide enough access to accept large delivery lorries (minimum 2.8m)

No obstacles - free of obstacles that could obstruct delivery (e.g. low low-hanging tree branches)

No Inclines - the delivery area should be flat, rather than a steep slope

Hard & level surface - hand pallet trucks only operate on hard, flat surfaces, not loose ground such as grass or gravel

Turning space - ample room to manoeuvre and position the lorry

You MUST advise if there are any parking or time restrictions at the delivery point.

General Delivery Information

From our carrier, you will receive a text message on the day of the delivery with a 2-hour delivery window. If there are any changes or delays, you will receive an update via text.

If you have any doubts regarding the condition of the delivery, please ensure to sign for the goods “UNCHECKED”.

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested; failure to do so will result in paying for a redelivery charge, or alternatively, you can collect from our carrier's depot.
