  NOTE: Not for use on wetrooms or shower enclosures. Do not over-apply as too many coats may cause unsightly build up and/or reduce the efficiency of the product. Hardens after about an hour but will take a further three days to achieve full hardness and become fully water resistant. Always test first to establish the correct method of application and optimum number of coats before general use. 

• Interior use only: Retains the 'just washed' look on glazed ceramic, porcelain, unpolished porcelain and vitrified quarry tiles. Easy to maintain.

  Low maintenance film forming sealer. Protects and embellishes the surface. Highly resistant to wear and stains. Facilitates maintenance and cleaning. Leave surfaces with a 'just washed' look. 

  Directions for use: For newly installed surfaces, ensure the surface to be treated is completely clean, dry and free of cement and grout stains (see LTP Grout Stain Remover). For existing surfaces, first clean and degrease surfaces with LTP Grimex and rinse well. Leave to dry thoroughly (24 hours). Any retained moisture in the grout joint may cause the LTP Glaze Protector to dry opaque or prevent the seal from reaching full hardness.

  Application: Apply using a J cloth or sealant applicator pad. Put the contents into a separate container. Dip the cloth into the solution and wring out. Apply evenly to the surface without rubbing. Apply until an even and thin film is created (average. 3 times). Allow to dry (1 hour). For a glossier finish, further coats should be applied at right angles to the first (max. 6).

  Aftercare: Routinely sweep the floor. Use LTP Floorshine to clean and protect treated surfaces. In areas where the seal becomes worn, apply more LTP Glaze Protector. At some stage, complete renovation of the deal may be desired. In this case, use LTP Grimex to strip the iriginal seal before resealing. Avoid using strong detergents to wash surfaces treated with LTP Glaze Protector.

Tiles will be shrink-wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground-level edge of your property (curbside). Due to insurance purposes, the driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property. Orders under 20kg will be delivered by parcel courier.

When ordering Tile Samples, you will receive a small cut sample, either 10cm x 10cm or 15cm x 15cm.

We hope that you will be pleased with the tiles that you have bought from Al-Murad Tiles. If you wish to return any goods to us, they must be returned to us in re-saleable condition, in their full original carton/box, and the range is still for sale via our website.

There will be a restocking charge of 33%  of the goods returned. If you require Al-Murad Tiles to arrange the collection of tiles to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your tiles).

If the goods are not in a re-saleable condition when they arrive back with us, Al-Murad Tiles reserve the right to amend the amount of the refund based on the value of re-saleable goods.

If you decide to return an entire order, costs will need to be deducted for the delivery and the return costs.

The best way to determine if a lorry can access your home/business address is whether you have a bin vehicle collecting from outside your premises.

Wide enough access to accept large delivery lorries (minimum 2.8m)

No obstacles - free of obstacles that could obstruct delivery (e.g. low low-hanging tree branches)

No Inclines - the delivery area should be flat, rather than a steep slope

Hard & level surface - hand pallet trucks only operate on hard, flat surfaces, not loose ground such as grass or gravel

Turning space - ample room to manoeuvre and position the lorry

You MUST advise if there are any parking or time restrictions at the delivery point.

General Delivery Information

From our carrier, you will receive a text message on the day of the delivery with a 2-hour delivery window. If there are any changes or delays, you will receive an update via text.

If you have any doubts regarding the condition of the delivery, please ensure to sign for the goods “UNCHECKED”.

You must be available to accept delivery on the date you have requested; failure to do so will result in paying for a redelivery charge, or alternatively, you can collect from our carrier's depot.
