- Can I Order Samples?
Yes you can order samples for the majority of tiles on our website via the product page, small cut samples are just 99p each, you can order as many as you like and they will be delivered. Samples ARE NOT full size tiles they are 100mm x 100mm chips. See our sample service page for full details. For a select range of our tiles, we do offer a full tile sample (prices vary).
- How will the tiles be delivered?
Tiles will be shrink wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground level edge of your property. The driver will NOT be able to assist getting the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes. Orders under 20kg weight will be delivered with a parcel courier.
- Delivery & Returns
If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box and the range is still for sale via our website.
There will be a restocking charge of 33% of the goods returned. The customer will be responsible for organising the return of the goods to our distribution warehouse return centre within 30 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the re-saleable items. Therefore we recommend that you put the tiles back on the pallet they were delivered on, and securely fasten the tiles so they are not able to move around. It is always helpful in the event that damage may be caused in transit to take a couple of photographs before they are wrapped and when they are wrapped before they are sent. Because of batching issues etc, we can only accept returns within 30 days of the tiles being delivered. The original delivery costs will not be refunded.
- How do I arrange for my order to be left safe?
If you are aware that you will not be at the delivery address at the time of delivery please notify us via email or leave us special instructions on where the goods can be left on your property whilst placing the order.
- What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
Unless by prior arrangement, the driver will not leave the tiles. If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional charge of £40.00 is likely to be incurred.
- Can I get my order delivered to another address?
Yes you can, we will need a full postal address, and we may contact you to ensure that there are no security problems regarding transaction and delivery. If possible, to avoid any confusion it may be better to contact us regarding a different delivery address prior to placing the order.
