Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be simpler. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we require to be able to complete the order.
All personal details that you give us are securely stored. We will never supply or sell any customers details to any outside organisation.
You will be sent written confirmation of your order by email, this email will not constitute acceptance of your order we accept your order at the time we dispatch the ordered products to you this is when the contract of sale begins. All our contracts are concluded in English although contracts for sale will neither be filed by us nor accessible to you.
Your order will be based upon our product prices and delivery charges in force at the time you submit your order. If the prices or charges are different from those published this will brought to your attention before we accept your order and will give you the option to cancel your order before we accept it.
Please note acceptance of any order is completely at the discretion of the company.
The prices payable for the items offered for sale are clearly displayed on this web site in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any excise duties and VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include the costs of delivery. Prices are subject to alteration without notice.

Delivery Service for web orders
Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary material, and without responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of manufacture, strike, accidents, or other causes beyond our control. We try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and subject to stock and timings endeavour to get orders packed and despatched the day the order arrives with us. All orders will be usually delivered within 5 working days of ordering. Normal delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.
Tiles will be shrink wrappedon a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location, this may be the kerbside nearest to the property. Unfortunately due to insurance, health and safety issues the driver is NOT able to move the goods inside your property for you. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery to accept and sign for the goods as a failed delivery may result in you incurring a re-delivery charge.
The company must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of any claims by the buyer of any shortage or damage to goods in transit quoting your Order Reference. Risk in respect of the goods passes to the buyer from the moment of delivery.
The company cannot, under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery. As a company we always recommend that you never book a tiler until you have the tiles delivered.
Please note our delivery service is only available for online purchases and to UK mainland only.
Checks to make before fitting
Please note that due to the nature of natural products no guarantee can be made against shade variation or crazing. Shading is an inherent quality of ceramic tiles and the buyer must order the correct quantity for its requirements as the company cannot guarantee against crazing or shade variation. Please check all tiles before fixing as we cannot accept the responsibility after the tiles have been fixed. Please ensure you are happy with the shade of your tiles before you start any project.
If you choose to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods we will give you a refund (excluding the original delivery charge) provided the goods are returned in perfect condition. You can choose to return the goods;
a) To our warehouse in Morley, at your expense
b) Or we can arrange collection for you but your refund will be reduced by to cover the transportation cost.
c) Or to one of our stores, at your expense. Please provide a copy of your order as proof of purchase
Refund of unused tiles
So you don't have to worry about over ordering your tiles, if having completed your tiling job, you wish to return any boxes of unused tiles, then the same 3 options and criteria for cancellations apply, but you have 28 days from the receipt of the goods to action this.
Al Murad Tiles reserve the right not to refund if the goods are deemed as not being in a resaleable condition.
Products which are special orders which are specifically ordered for individual customers, these items are non returnable.
Description of Goods & Images
The images on the web sites are for illustrative purpose only, and may not exactly match the product itself. Colours may vary to those illustrated and can look different on other computer screens. We recommend that you purchase a sample before ordering the bulk of your tiles. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
