Was worried about ordering after reading some negative reviews however Tiles Direct were the only company that stocked the tiles I wanted. Ordered my tiles Wednesday, delivered free on Friday as promised. I telephoned Thursday to double check delivery and staff were very friendly. All tiles wrapped well and all perfect. We are a small charity with some horrible cracked floor tiles. I contacted Ish at AL Murad to get cost of replacement. Astonishingly he informed me they would be delivered the next day at no charge. What a hero and what a great service!
